Mobile Weld Station
The Mobile Weld Station Model 5450W is a portable welding fume extraction system designed to capture airborne contaminants generated during welding, grinding, and metal fabrication. This high-airflow base configuration provides the filtration unit on heavy duty casters without the weld curtain enclosure, ideal for larger work areas requiring maximum fume extraction.

Fan/Motor Assembly
The unit features a Sealed, Maintenance Free In-Line Direct Drive 115V 1-1/2 HP 3,900 CFM Explosion Resistant Fan/Motor Assembly. The Motor Assembly is UL Listed for use in hazardous environments. The assembly features a backward-curved non-overloading aluminum (non-sparking) fan wheel constructed with hollow airfoil blades and an aluminum inlet cone. Fan wheels are statically and dynamically balanced for higher airflow performance at less horsepower with minimum air noise.
Controls
The unit features a Hazardous Location Enclosure Switch with UL Listed ratings for NEMA 7 & 9 enclosures. Also features a sealed wiring enclosure which includes a UL Listed Hazardous Location 90 Degree Capped Elbow, two UL Listed Hazardous Location Seal Offs, one on each side of the switch box, and a 30-foot UL Listed heavy duty SOOW power cord with molded NEMA 5-20 plug.
