Replacement curtains and draperies custom manufactured for the enclosures on our portable filtration booths. All standard enclosure drapes are manufactured from soft, clear flame-resistant .020 PVC with double-stitched hems and corrosion-resistant grommets.

Standard (49 Series) Curtains

Compatibility: Standard 49 Series curtains also fit 54 Series models, as both use the same size enclosure. These curtains will not fit A-Series models, which have a taller and longer enclosure.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. The Standard 49 Series and 54 Series models use the same size enclosure, so all 49 Series curtains and curtain sets are fully compatible with 54 Series equipment. However, 49 Series curtains will not fit A-Series models, which feature a larger 10′ × 10′ × 10′ enclosure requiring their own dedicated curtain sets.

Every Shop-Pro Mobile Work Station® is equipped with a Magnehelic® differential pressure gauge that continuously monitors filter condition. As filters load airflow resistance increases and the realized pressure differential decreases. When the gauge reaches maximum recommended pressure drop for your filter configuration, it’s time for a filter change.

Pre-filter skins should be changed more frequently since they serve as the first line of defense and protect the life of the more expensive primary filters behind them. If you’re unsure how to read your gauge or need application-specific guidance, call our team at 1-800-242-6870.

Absolutely. While our filter sets provide the best value for a complete filter change, every individual filter is available for separate purchase. This is useful when only certain stages in your filtration system need replacement. Browse the Individual Filters section above or request a quote for exactly what you need.

All standard enclosure curtains are manufactured from soft, clear flame-resistant .020 PVC. Welding side curtains are made from 14 MIL flame-resistant vinyl that is oil, water, and mildew resistant, with UV protection to shield surrounding areas from welding arc light. Side curtains feature double-stitched hems and corrosion-resistant grommets spaced every 12 inches.

Yes — all Mobile Work Station® models are designed for common sized 20″×20″ filters, so you have the flexibility to source filters from alternative suppliers. This is by design: we wanted our customers to never be locked into a single source for consumables.

That said, our genuine Shop-Pro filter sets are the best combination of use specific filters we have found in our decades of testing and experience. For the best performance and most accurate filter monitoring, we recommend our OEM filters — but you’re not limited to them. Every filter is also available individually, so you can replace only the stages that need it rather than the full set.
