On-Site, On-the-Go Portable Booth
The Mobile Tech Work Station removes the limits from where you can work. Using many of the patented design features of the Mobile Work Station®, this complete portable limited finishing workstation provides an on-site booth with the versatility you need to prep, spray primer, and paint anywhere — on job sites, at customer locations, or in the field.
When using our conventional filter set it provides multi-stage filtration that removes 99.78% of paint overspray from the air, and carbon filters remove odors and VOCs. Designed for common sized 20″ × 20″ filters with adjustable filter racks, the combination of filters can be customized for the type and level of filtration desired.
EZ-Up Enclosure System
The Model 4900MT pairs the filtration base unit with a custom 3-sided 10′ × 10′ EZ-Up enclosure featuring an aircraft-grade aluminum frame and fire-resistant fabric treated for water resistance, mildew protection, and 99% UV protection. With this enclosure, the Mobile Tech Work Station has been certified EPA 6H compliant for spray painting operations. A Certificate of Compliance is provided with each unit sold.

CFM describes the volume of air moving through the unit’s conventional filter set. The Model 4900MT with EZ-Up enclosure is EPA 6H certified compliant; a Certificate of Compliance is provided with each unit.

Motor & CFM
Both Mobile Tech Work Station models feature the 3/4 HP motor (49 Series) delivering 2,400 CFM on a standard 115V circuit. The sealed, maintenance-free motor is UL Listed for hazardous locations. The direct-drive fan assembly eliminates belts, and the backward-curved aluminum fan wheel provides non-sparking operation with quiet, efficient performance.
The 2,400 CFM airflow is ideal for the on-site and mobile applications the Tech Work Station is designed for — touch-ups, spot repairs, small panel painting, and prep work at customer locations.
*Commonly set up for 115V power; can be set up for 230V single phase power if desired. Alternative power options can be accommodated.
EZ-Up Enclosure System
The Model 4900MT includes a custom 3-sided 10′ × 10′ EZ-Up enclosure that transforms the filtration unit into a certified EPA 6H compliant portable limited finishing workstation. The enclosure features an aircraft-grade aluminum frame for durability and lightweight portability.
The fire-resistant fabric has been treated for water resistance, mildew protection, and 99% UV protection — making it ideal for outdoor and on-site use. The 3-sided design provides excellent containment while maintaining easy access for moving work in and out. Model 4950MT is the base filtration unit without the enclosure, for applications that only require open-air filtration.
