The Mobile Weld Station – complete with it’s multi-stage filtration and a patented non-venting recirculation design – provides portable removal of particulates and VOC’s from fumes generated by the welding process. Utilizing a custom combination of high efficiency particulate filters along with carbon and potassium permanganate filters designed for the capture and removal of compounds specific to welding fumes, it provides a mobile solution to weld fume extraction.  By using cleaned, recirculated air, you eliminate the need for costly ventilation modifications or air make-up systems and reduce energy costs by utilizing your shop’s existing heated or cooled air. And removing airborne particles at the source increases productivity by eliminating the need to move the work to a ventilated area as well as providing a healthier work environment for employees. Need a complete portable welding booth?  When used with it’s attached curtain enclosure system it is a portable welding fume extraction/filtration system and weld curtain enclosure station all-in-one.  The top curtain is constructed of 20 MIL Clear flame resistant PVC.  The side curtains are constructed of a 14 MIL flame resistant vinyl UV protective welding curtain material which is oil, water & mildew resistant and designed for grinding, sparking, dust/splash/spray confinement for welding enclosures.

Model No. 4950W – Our base filtration unit. It features a ¾ HP 2400 CFM motor/fan assembly.

Model No. 4900W – This unit features a ¾ HP 2400 CFM motor/fan assembly and a complete UV protective drapery enclosure system.

Model No. 5450W – This base filtration unit features an upgraded 1 ½ HP 3500 CFM motor/fan assembly.

Model No. 5400W – This unit features an upgraded 1 ½ HP 3500 CFM motor/fan assembly and a complete UV protective drapery enclosure system.
